1 medium mixing bowl
Small sauce pot
1 lb wingettes
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1c Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wing’s Hot Sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp salted butter
Wash Chicken: Begin by washing and patting the chicken dry with paper towels.
Season Chicken: Next, coat wings with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt to taste.
Air fry Chicken: Next grease air fryer with vegetable oil and line chicken in air fryer. Air fry at 400°F for 30-40 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Prep Sauce: While the chicken is cooking, place the saucepan on low heat and melt butter. Once butter is melted, whisk in honey and hot sauce.
Broil Wings: Preheat the oven to broil at 500°F. Once the chicken is done, butter a baking sheet or casserole dish. Next, dip each wing into hot sauce mixture and place onto the dish. Broil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until sauce is caramelized onto the wing on each side. Remove from heat and serve with celery and blue cheese or ranch.
