1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Cut bread: Cut bread into one inch cubes.
3. Season cubed bread: Add bread into a bowl and coat with olive oil. Toss cubed bread ensuring that all pieces are thoroughly coated. Next, season with kosher salt to taste, black pepper, and dried herbs.
