Cilantro Lime Shrimp Skewers

What’s a better way to end the summer than with cilantro lime shrimp skewers? It’s a great way to spice up the regular degular and adds the perfect flair to any cookout. This recipe is perfect for meal prep, a tex-mex night, or to top on a salad. 


Ingredients:

  • 1 pound medium shrimp (41/50), tail on, deveined

  • 4 limes

  • Handful cilantro

  • Garlic powder

  • Sea salt

  • Black pepper

  • Avocado oil

  1. Wash Shrimp- Begin by patting shrimp dry. Transfer shrimp to a mixing bowl.

  2. Season Shrimp- Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over shrimp. Next, season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to taste, ensuring that all shrimp are seasoned.

  3. Add Shrimp to Skewers- (optional)) Gently add 5-6 shrimp per skewer.

  4. Grill Shrimp- Place pan or non-stick grill on medium heat and lightly coat with avocado oil. Sear on each side for about 3 minutes until shrimp is opaque.

  5. Garnish- After removing shrimp from heat, garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
