Steamed Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 3 crowns of broccoli, cut into florets 
- ½ lemon 
- Salt 
- 1 tbsp butter, optional 
- Boil and Salt Water: Fill the pot with 2 inches of water and place on high heat. Add a pinch of salt to the water. 
- Add Broccoli: Once it begins to boil, add broccoli and cover the pot. Cook on high heat for four minutes, then remove from boiling water. 
- Rinse and Serve: Rinse with cold water, then transfer to bowl and add butter and lemon juice.
